IDENTIFY A PROPERTY
Our team identifies a multifamily property that aligns with our investment criteria, negotiates its purchase, conducts thorough due diligence to assess its potential, and secures financing to fund the acquisition.
EXECUTE THE BUSINESS PLAN & OPERATE
We implement a meticulously crafted business plan to add value to the property. Investors receive regular cash flow distributions from rental income and value enhancements.
RAISE CAPITAL TO ACQUIRE
We inform potential investors about the project, presenting the opportunity for them to participate. We also handle the legal paperwork structuring the investment, including creating the syndication entity, subscription agreements, and investor disclosures.
COMPLETE EXIT STRATEGY
At the end of the investment horizon, we choose the best exit strategy - selling the property and returning investors' investments with appreciation or refinancing to extract equity and continue to manage it for ongoing returns.
